Dean Laforest The purpose of Mr. LaForest’s testimony is to respond to a recommendation made by City of South Burlington witness Juli Beth Hinds, that a single-pole, double-circuit line design configuration be utilized in the Country Club Estates and Valley Ridge neighborhoods in the City of South Burlington. Mr. LaForest also responds to concerns expressed by the Department of Public Service regarding ISO-NE approval.

Munir Kasti The purpose of Mr. Kasti’s rebuttal testimony is to explain why City of South Burlington witness Juli Beth Hinds’ recommendation that a single-pole, double-circuit line design configuration be utilized in the Country Club Estates and Valley Ridge neighborhoods in the City of South Burlington is not a good utility practice, would negate the reliability benefits the project is designed to achieve and should be rejected by the Board.

Terry Cecchini The purpose of Mr. Cecchini’s testimony is to respond from the Green Mountain Power Corporation perspective to a recommendation made by City of South Burlington witness Juli Beth Hinds, that a single-pole, double-circuit line design configuration be used in the Country Club Estates and Valley Ridge neighborhoods in the City of South Burlington. Mr. Cecchini also responds to a concern expressed by the Department of Public Service regarding Demand Response.

Brad Fossum The purpose of the Mr. Fossum’s testimony is to discuss the design of a single-pole, double-circuit structure for portions of the 115 kV line of the Project.

Dutton and Grimes support VELCO’s proposal to address the issue of inaccurate project estimates through periodic estimates based on objective, external standards and to tie the level of VELCO management incentive compensation to, among other things, the accuracy of its project estimates.
