Lamoille County Project Scope
The Lamoille County Project is a reliability and capacity upgrade project consisting of:

Construction of 10 miles of new 115kV line between Duxbury and Stowe using wood structures,
with steel and laminate wood at certain locations.

Relocation of a portion of the existing 34.5kV line in the same corridor using underbuild and stand alone configurations.

Upgrades to an existing 115kV substation - addition of a 115kV circuit breaker in Moretown

Construction of a new 115/34.5kV substation in Stowe
