Mr. Dworkin is currently Professor of Law and Founder of the Institute for Energy and the Environment at Vermont Law School. Mr. Dworkin has been a utility regulator, an appellate litigator, and management partner in a telecommunications engineering firm. He also serves on the Board of the Vermont Energy Investment Corporation, which manages Efficiency Vermont. In the past he has been Chairman of the Vermont Public Service Board, a board member on the executive committee of the Electric Power Research Institute and a director of the American Council for an Energy Efficient Economy. He is a recipient of NARUC’s 2008 Kilmarx Award for “contributions to clean energy, good government and the environment” and, on behalf of the Vermont Public Service Board he accepted the Kennedy School of Government award for Innovations in American Government in 2003 and was awarded US EPA’s Bronze Medal for Outstanding Service in 1982.
