VELCO invites neighbors in the Windsor area, and other interested people to an informational meeting about a proposed project to upgrade the Windsor Substation. The meeting will be held on Thursday, February 8, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. at the Windsor Town Office, 29 Union Street, Windsor. VELCO community outreach staff will explain the proposed upgrades and answer any questions.
